COLLECTING POINTS

• For every £1 spent in an order using your account, you will earn 1 Reward Point. For every 250 points you earn you will automatically be credited with a voucher to the value of £5 which can be spent on future purchases.
• Points are earned on every full pound spent on every successful order.
• Reward Points will only be valid for 180 days from the day the points have been awarded. Rewards points will expire after 180 days if they have been earned but not redeemed.
• Reward points will only be offered for purchases made through a registered account.
• Reward Points are earned once a confirmed order has dispatched, only then will you be able to use the Reward Points.
• Reward Points can only be earned on new orders, and will not be applicable to previous orders.
• Points can also be earned by completing specific tasks listed above.

SPENDING POINTS

• For every £1 spent in an order using your account, you will earn 1 Reward Point. For every 250 points you earn you will automatically be credited with a voucher to the value of £5 which can be spent on future purchases.
• Reward Points cannot be exchanged for cash, they have no actual cash value.
• Reward Points cannot be transferred between members.
• Reward Points cannot be spent until they are confirmed, this is when the corresponding order has dispatched.
• Reward Points can be redeemed against the value of an order. A partial payment can be made using the Reward Points, but the remainder will need be paid using one of our payment methods.
• Once the order has been placed it cannot be amended, we’re unable to redeem the Rewards Points against the order.
• Reward Points can only be used on perfume-essence.com

RETURN

• If you return a product for a refund, the number of Reward Points earned from the transaction will be deducted automatically from your balance.
• If you return a product that has been purchased partially using Reward Points, then the Rewards Points that were redeemed during the transaction will be credited back to your account, you will be refunded the amount paid for using cash.
